Changes to the way you shop

Over the last 3 years, online shopping has grown in importance. As we have taken time to give you more ways to find, investigate and purchase products online, we’ve found a shift in focus from our stores to our website.

In line with these changes to the way you shop, we’ve made the decision to close our Newmarket, Auckland store. Auckland customers can still explore our range through our website or by visiting Falcon stockists across New Zealand.

We will continue to run our business from Hastings and our other showrooms will be unaffected by these changes.

As a 4th generation family-owned business that was founded in 1885, our top priority continues to be providing excellent service to our customers, whether in store or online.
