The first 24 months free parts and labour warranty.

This warranty covers goods of falcon products manufactured against defective workmanship and materials for a period of 24 months and is subject to the provisions that the appliance:

+ Was inspected on arrival, before transport company left the site.
+ Has not been subject to misuse or accident or been modified or repaired by any person other than an agent authorised to act on falcon’s behalf.
+ Has been correctly installed in accordance with current legisla- tion and relevant new zealand standards.
+ Has been used solely for domestic purposes.
+ Is not second hand or refurbished.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, and is only valid in New Zealand. In the unlikely event of a product breakdown during your warranty, refer to the company that you purchased the appliance from.
