You must register your warranty within 3 Months of your Rayburn being delivered.

Rayburn appliances benefit from a one-year labour and thee-year parts warranty.

This warranty covers goods of Rayburn products manufactured against defective workmanship for 12 months and materials for a period of 3 years and is subject to the provisions that the appliance:

+ Was inspected on arrival, before transport company left the site.
+ Has not been subject to misuse or accident or been modified or repaired by any person other than an agent authorised to act on Rayburn’s behalf.
+ Has been correctly installed in accordance with current legislation and relevant New Zealand standards.
+ Has been used solely for domestic purposes.
+ Is not second hand or refurbished.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, and is only valid in New Zealand. In the unlikely event of a product breakdown during your warranty, refer to the company that you purchased the appliance from.
