1. Return of Goods.
Except provided in this clause, the Buyer is not entitled to return the Goods to the Seller for any reason.
For defective Goods which the Buyer is entitled to reject, the Seller’s liability is limited to either (at the Seller’s discretion) repairing or replacing the Goods, or refunding the Price provided that:
(a)Â The Buyer may return Goods within seven (7) days of delivery at the sole discretion of the Seller. Goods must be returned with the following in as new condition
(b) All packaging material and brochures must be in new condition and unmarked
(c) All accessories must be returned with the Goods.
The Buyer shall not be able to Return Goods that have been ordered specifically for the Buyer, or in quantities above the normal stock limits of the Seller
The Seller may (in its discretion) accept the Goods for credit but this will incur a re-stocking fee of 10% of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight which shall be immediately payable by the Buyer.
